Gay Hook Up Sites | The Best of the Best

Finding the right connection with someone can be intimidating for a variety of reasons. Thanks to the introduction of being able to talk to anyone across the globe in a matter of seconds, the issues of where to find intimacy are slowly disappearing. No matter the type of man you are into (or no matter what you are into, for that matter), gay hook up sites have your back in terms of providing you with a solution to an empty bed.

Browse the Market

There is no need for you to make a solid commitment to gay hook up sites until you have discovered if it is the right one for you. This is especially true if there is a membership involved – which there often is. Before even considering getting your credit card out, check out the available features of different services and determine the ones you believe are worth a second look at. Narrowing down the gay hook up sites to a more manageable level will let you get things going even faster, as opposed to wasting your time. Check out the following options:

  • Bros4Bros. Depending on the type of connection you are looking for, Bros4Bros is in the realm of gay hook up sites which host chatrooms for you to use and connect with other members. This is not the same as others in that you will be using chatrooms similar to the old days of MSN and AIM. This is a good choice if you do not want to bother with the profiles, but you will have to sign up before getting access to the site.
  • Man Crunch. Unsure of testing the boundaries of your sexuality and only just now dipping yourself into the game? Man Crunch may be the site for your needs. With a tagline of “play by your own rules and explore your sexuality,” this is a fast growing resource for meeting men in your area who are open minded and in the same position as you. It was built and is currently maintained with the purpose of leaking homoerotic sex appeal, so prepare to deliver yourself in an intimate environment eager to get the most out of you in the shortest time possible.
  • Grindr. An up-and-coming application which has bounced off the charts in what seems like overnight, Grindr is pushing the limits on what constitutes as a “site,” but definitely has everything the gay hook up sites you are in the search for have. Only it is available in the palm of your hand on Apple and Android phones. With the popularity of this app accelerating at a rapid pace, now is a better time than ever to introduce yourself to the world and see what kind of man you can find for yourself out there.

These three sites are just an introduction to a wide variety of gay hook up sites that exist out there. Do not feel as though you have to adhere to this – these are only a starting point for different interests one may be looking for and should be seen as an introduction to the communities available.

Master Your Profile

An often overlooked point to consider after having discovered a site you feel like dedicating time to is the profile. The more effort you put into it, the better the replies you receive will be. Think of the thousands of other men who use these sites and how you can stick out from them – including full body photos, filling out the information, and showing a bit of personality and familiarity in your answers. While it may seem intimidating at first, you’ll forget all about the time invested after you have made that first successful (and hot!) hook up.

Five Reasons to Try Hotmatch.com

There are literally thousands of adult dating sites out there these days. When I first started this site, it was to help people navigate through all the spam and scams online. It just-so-happens that a lot of these scams and spam are within the adult dating industry. A couple years ago it was easy to see when a site was shady and I always did my best to make sure people avoided it. Today we’re looking further into Hotmatch.com since I’ve been getting a lot of positive emails about the site.

Hotmatch isn’t new, but it’s good.

They have been around a while and offer the exact same format as many other hookup sites, but they offer something many don’t and that’s “real people, real sex” just like their tagline says. I have not seen a single bot on the site which I can’t even say about the bigger adult dating networks out there.

Sexy Profile Pics

This site has got some of the best eye candy online. The girls on this site are so hot it’s ridiculous.

Setup is Easy

Hotmatch.com makes it easier than any other site to create a profile. They aren’t squeezing you for more info than you want to give. They simply get what’s needed for you to have a positive experience and for them to get paid, no more, no less. The ease of use on the site overall is one of my favorite characteristics. It’s easy to message hot women, update your profile, or enter a sex chat. Too many adult hookup style sites make it too complicated.

Girls are Horny

The women on this site are truly hot and horny. I’ve tried sites like HornyMatches before with the hopes of finding women that are local and ready to go that night. The problem usually is that you get online with a girl who’s drunk or just looking to chat for now. It’s like they need to warm up to you sexually first before you get to a point where you’re going over to her house for sex. Hotmatch is the first site for me to have girls that are ready to go right away. I wish I knew why this was the case (I don’t), but I’m not complaining!

Trial Period

They have a 3 day trial that’s entirely free. Like any subscription service out there, they will charge your card after that so if you aren’t serious about a membership be sure to cancel after a couple days. I loved their trial because it gave me full access to the site. I could send and receive messages and I even setup a casual encounter the first day of my trial, so it was a free way for me to get laid. I eventually kept the subscription and I use it almost every weekend now.

4 Better Options that Fuckdate.com

FuckDate has been advertised quite a bit over the last year on some of the larger porn sites. The truth is that most of the ads don’t send you to fuckdate.com, instead they send you to a different site. Recently I was sent to flingmobilehookups.com when I clicked on the Fuck Date tab on Pornhub. The other domain it sends you to is freelifetimefuckbook.com and it looks exactly the same. On both sites you’ll see a naked girl to your left of the entry page. It will show you how many girls in your area are looking to hookup and quite frankly it looks rather enticing. The only problem is (as you might expect), the main site doesn’t live up to expectations. You will be much better off with any of the options below (Don’t worry this review isn’t as scathing as my slipcc review )…

Check out HookingupBlog.com to discuss your favorite hookup sites.

3. Craigslist – This is the free way to find a hookup. It can be difficult at times because the site does have a lot of advertisement ads. Once you start to weed through it a little bit, you’ll start to get a sense of who is real and who is not. It’s currently the best (truly) free option out there. The downsides are that is takes some work and can be hard to find people to go on a real fuckdate with if your looking in a rural area. It’s much better if you’re in the city.

2. NoStringAttached – This site isn’t free, but it’s highly effective. I’ve been using it for the last three years and it seems to get a little better every time I login. Their advertising is directed towards a younger crowd that means their pool of potential fuckdates is filled with girls in their 20’s looking to hookup. NoString’s is my personal favorite, but it’s a limited demogaphic.

1. AdultFriendFinder – No matter what you’re for; whether it’s phonesex, a fuckdate, or a webcam chat, AdultFriendFinder has what you’re looking for. There’s a reason they have over 12 million members and everyone has heard of them. They offer everything you could want. Like NoStringsAttached, they are also not free but they offer a trial membership which I highly recommend if you want to test it out.

We’ve all seen the ads for fuckdate.com and after getting question about it, I thought I’d investigate further. Hopefully this helps point you in the right direction and helps you to find a little night fun.

Ashley Madison Cost vs. Reward

If you are just looking for Ashley Madison cost per membership, I’d like to give you a straight answer but it’s a little complicated. It’s more complicated than it needs to be, in fact. AshleyMadison.com can cost you almost $300 for their premium membership, but even if you just get the “free” membership you will be paying for contact you make with other members as well as for contact they make with you.

When I tried the site, I used a paid membership that allowed me to contact members and get contacted without any additional cost, but after talking with others online I’ve learned their secret to making money through a “free” membership. It turns out the real Ashley Madison cost is for contact.

They use a system where they will charge you $5 to message someone, but then (and here’s where they get you) if that person responds you must pay another $5 to read it! I thought this sounded crazy to so I asked around to find out how successful this method has been.

I’ve gotten mixed reviews. One of my closest friends used this method and he claims to have met two girls within his neighborhood that he has no-strings-attached sex with all the time. This friend of mine isn’t known to be a liar but what probably changes the experience for him is that he looks like a male model. Women have always loved him, so it’s very possible that he’s attractive enough to have real women contacting him for real affairs. That was great for him, but would it work for “six pack joe?”

A couple weeks ago I was at the Bellagio in Vegas talking to the other players at the table and the guy next to me and I got started talking about dating sites. He was a married man who had been in an unfaithful marriage for years. Apparently he and his wife were still best friends but they agreed to start sleeping with other people many years ago. Whatever works, right?

So anyways, I get talking to this guy about adult dating. He brings up Ashley Madison and he said to me “Do you really know how much Ashley Madison costs?”

I replied “I’m actually writing an article about them right now.”

We went over by the bar and started discussing his experience in a little more detail. He was very candid, in fact he was too candid for this article but here’s the gyst…

He did meet girls on the site but he used the $5 contact method and also met a few prostitutes. I don’t know if this is a known issue on ashleymadison.com but I’m just reporting what he told me. He said you really have to work at it. He’s a normal looking guy and really not too slick. His advice was to spend time researching online about your profile and don’t be afraid to ask early on if she was a “legitimate girl looking for something casual”.  His rough percentage breakdown of the girls he spoke with on the site were 40% real, 20% bots or fake profiles, 20% girls trying to get you to come to their website (usually webcam) and possibly up to 20% were prostitutes. He also said that it was pretty easy to tell right away if a girl was really looking to hookup or if she had other motives.

A good rule of thumb to stick with is that you can not get girls more than 2 levels above your rating, and there will NEVER be a girl more than 1 level above your rating that will contact you out of the blue. What this means is that if you’re 6 (and be honest here) then an 8 or higher will never be contacting you to hookup. Why would she? This doesn’t mean you can’t contact an 8 and that she won’t be interested but you need to show her something special about you first. Also, it’s possible for a 7 to contact you but be very leery. More and more girls are setting up their own webcam sites that aren’t even that attractive. My advice is just to be smart about it and realize that Angelina Jolie doesn’t actually want to leave Brad Pitt for you. Be realistic and the cost of Ashley Madison isn’t that bad for your value. If you’re “pie in the sky” ideas about women wanting you take over then you will likely feel ripped off.

Untrue.com Review – My True Experience with Untrue…

Many of you are just wondering one question… Will untrue.com get you laid?

The sad answer: Probably not.

Untrue.com is a fairly new adult dating site that has been gaining more and more attention over the last few months. I first noticed it when doing my review for myhotbook.com because nowadays myhotbook does a redirect to Untrue whenever you try to go to the site. Any site that has a redirect setup like that shows me that they are a little shady to begin with. It would be like if you were going to buy a car and the car dealership advertised having thousands of great cars, then you get there and they sell boats. Even if you wanted a boat to begin with, you would still feel a little slighted. That was my soapbox about my initial experience with untrue, now let’s get to the review…

Well first off, do NOT look at the site while at work or if you’re in public. The images from the intro and signup screens are excessively pornographic. I’ve never understood why some these sites that encourage “discreet affairs” aren’t more discreet with their websites, especially their signup screens. You’re much less likely to get caught if there isn’t a giant ass shaking on the screen.

The membership rates are fairly high. There is a basic free membership to give the site a test drive, but the 29.95/mo is the next step up. Since I knew I’d be writing a review, I went all out and got the 69.95/mo membership which was a terrible decision. As far as I could see every female profile on the site was fake and all of the ones sending me messages were robots or looking for money some other way. Within 10 minutes of signing up (before adding a profile picture) I received 11 messages from girls “in my area.” I live out in the country and I don’t know if there even is 11 girls in this area. That was my first clue this was a scam. I gave it a day.

I actually started a chat with one girl who seemed like she was real. She was telling me about how she grew up in the same state as me and told me about her job and her divorce. Everything seemed really legit until she told me about her special website which she does on the side. Sure enough, it her “on the side” venture was her webcam which I would of paid even more for if I was a little more gullible.

Overall, this site is not worth your time and should be avoided at all cost.

Five Reasons Your Unsuccessful on Fuckbook.com

Fuckbook.com has gained a lot of attention over the last couple of years as a new alternative to legitimate adult dating sites. It’s extremely user friendly with a nice clean interface and doesn’t dominate your screen with pop-ups every time you log on. It looks like the kind of site a shy girl could test the waters or a guy could show his weiner and that’s part of why it gets thousands of clicks per day. So, why do people have problems finding a hookup on it?

1. It’s just not big enough yet. Upon first glance you’ll see a lot of profiles in your area and they all look pretty legit, but it doesn’t take long to realize that most of the girls you might actually want to talk to are fake, just looking to lure you into a paid webchat, or are users that haven’t been online in a while. Over time they will likely grow and have more users to source from but if you aren’t in a big city, it probably isn’t worth your time. We recommend one of the top 4 sites to find a casual encounter to find what you’re looking for.

2. Your profile needs some work. You need to do more than just throw a random picture up and tell a few mundane details about yourself. Your profile needs to really pop out and give a girl a reason to want to know more about you.

3. Your pictures show too much. Even though it’s adult dating, try to leave a little bit to the imagination. Remember you want her to want more. If she gets everything in front of her right away, then you are taking away one of the reasons she might contact you.

4. You aren’t checking to make sure the girls you talk to have a “verified” profile. This is a nice feature of fuckbook. They allow you to search verified profiles within your area with a free membership. This will give you a sense of what you’re really working with in your area. If you feel like you keep getting burned by girls that turn out to be bots or that just try to lure you somewhere else, then double check that they are a verified member. This will weed out most of the fake girls on the site.

5. You aren’t branching out to other sites. If you really want to get laid and find new girls to sleep with, you have to signup for at least one more adult dating site. I always recommend AdultFriendFinder as a base. You should at least have the free trial membership here and then I’d say try one more alternative kind of site that is more in sync with what you’re interested in. Once you have 2-3 active memberships then you can really start to fill up your calendar with sex dates. It may sound expensive, but it’s much cheaper than a match.com membership combined with going on actual dates. That can easily cost $500+/mo just to impress 1-2 girl(s) that are probably looking for more than a fling anyways. Sign up for a few adult dating sites (See HookupInsider.com’s Top 10 Adult Dating Site List) and for $99/mo (total) you can start meeting tons of different girls just looking to hookup.

Overall Fuckbook.com is actually a really good site but it probably shouldn’t be your first option when dipping your toes into the world of adult dating. You’ll want to try a larger site first to get a better feel for how adult dating works and what you’re into. After you’ve tested the waters and learned more about how to talk to girls on a larger adult dating/hookup site then you should give fuckbook.com a try. If you’ve tried it before or are a current member leave a message below on your thoughts about fuckbook.

Planning Your First Vegas Trip

So I was recently talking to my friend about his first trip to vegas and as I was writing, I thought this could be good advice for anyone going their first time. Be advised this is for people a little to old to party hard every night and a little too young to just goo for the shows…

Ok, well first let me tell you that it always takes longer than it should to get from one place to another on the strip. So if you have dinner plans 1.5 miles away, give yourself a half hour to get there. Part of it is the enormity of the resorts themselves, part of it is figuring out where you’re going, and part of it is the congestion of people (both walking and driving) on this one little 2-3 mile strip.

Okay, with that said, now the fun stuff…

Vegas is awesome, especially your first time. There is so much to just walk around and see. Generally when people talk about Vegas, it’s just “The Strip” they’re talking about which is 2-3 miles of S. Las Vegas Blvd. There are a few hotels that are a little more “family friendly” (ie:Excaliber, Monte Carlo) that I would avoid.

Walking Around –

A lot of my time in Vegas has been spent just walking around. You can drink on the streets, so feel free to bring a nice big irish coffee/margarita/goldschlager bottle with you. If it’s daytime, it’s always a good idea to where a swimsuit underneath because you never know when you are going to find a pool you want to take a dip in.

For walking around on a nice day I’d walk up to Paris, cross over to City Center (where Aria and The Cosmospolitan are), then head south and just get a flavor of the place. Then I might head back to MGM for lunch then head further south down to Luxor (the big black pyramid) and Mandalay Bay check out the pools, grab some dinner and even catch a show.

Another good walking trip would be starting at City Center and heading north to walk around Bellagio, Caesar’s, and Venetian but then grabbing lunch at Planet Hollywood or Paris (it will be much much cheaper). These places also have extremely nice pools but there may be a cover to get in. I’ve walked into Caeser’s before without paying a cover for their pool but I think it depends on the time of year.

On a rainy day you can go walk around The Grand Canal Shoppes (under the Venetian) which is pretty cool but be careful because it can be an expensive place to take a girl :)

Lunches –

If you are looking for some lunch food, I attached an article I tend to agree with http://govegas.about.com/od/cehapeatinginlv/a/25forunder25.htm except for their recommendations of Excaliber and Monte Carlo.

Pools –

There are 2 types of “pools” in Vegas. There are standard hotel pools which are usually nice and free, but then there are pools that are more like daytime clubs. A place like Tao Beach (Venetian) can be A LOT of fun if you are looking to just have a crazy day of drinking and partying. There are also a couple topless or clothing optional pools are if that’s your thing. Last time I was there we went to Marquee Day Club & Pool which I probably would not recommend to couples. If you’re looking for more of a nice place to relax poolside and find some peace… I’m a fan of the Bellagio pool. They have some planted trees, a little bit of shade and a little less of a rowdy crowd.

Dinners-

If you are looking for a nice places for dinner, I recently became a huge fan of Holsteins (Cosmopolitan) because it’s relatively inexpensive for a really good meal. They also have a good beer list. Good steaks, burgers, American cuisine. The Pallazzo and The Bellagio both have some really amazing steakhouses (Prime, Carnevino). One of the great things about Vegas is the food. You can go on yelp and get a pretty honest idea of how good a place will be before you go there. As long as you avoid the places that get bad reviews, you won’t be disappointed.

Night Clubs –

This really depends on what you’re in the mood for. If you want to dance and get crazy – LAX at The Luxor or Tao at The Venetian are the hot spots. They are where everyone likes to go and they can be fun but can also be very expensive (i think the covers for these places are $20+ and drinks are $7+) so I usually grab dinner at Tao then stay there for the nightclub afterwards. If I remember correctly, you get in free if you had dinner there.

I love Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill in Harrah’s because it was free to get in (at least it was last time I was there) and there’s a live band, reasonable (for Vegas) drink prices and just a fun atmosphere.

If you are single and looking to hookup with someone that night in vegas, you can try myhotbook.com and find a one night stand. Remember what he says in Hangover though, “Not everything stays in Vegas.”

Also-

Check out your own hotel. I haven’t stayed at the MGM Grand before but I think I’ve played blackjack and even some poker there. You’ll have to check out the pool and some of their food and tell me how it is. The nice
thing about doing things at your hotel is that you’ll have free access to the pool and you can just bring your room card and charge things to the room (food, beverages, etc.)

Mio Liquid Review

Over the last 10 years, energy drinks have flooded the market and started a revolution in the beverage industry. They’ve cut into profits for the major soda (or “pop” if you’re around the northern midwest) companies Coke and Pepsi. Their promise to give you more energy in a tasty beverage have lured customers and caused some to become borderline addicted.
Redbull was the first to start an aggressive marketing campaign in the US with their 8oz drink which had the same amount of caffeine as coffee along with other vitamin supplements meant to provide you with extra energy. By the middle of the last decade, thousands of competitors had sprung up and there was a surge in Energy Drink Consumption. The only difference now is that these drinks have gone from 8 and 12oz to 16 or even 24oz. Not only that, the caffeine is even more concentrated than it was in the early 2000’s. Currently a 16oz Noz Energy Drink is said to have more than 260mg of caffeine. That is 3 times the amount a cup of coffee has!

With the growing number of energy drink consumers, grew increased scrutiny on the entire market. More recently people have discovered the energy drinks are just not that good for them. Not only is the caffeine ridiculously high, but the calories in sugar form are overwhelmingly bad for you. This combination creates a burst of energy in most people for 1-2 hours, but after that there is an awful “crash” that most people experience.

To combat this crash feeling, there have been several attempts at a health-conscioused energy drink. Most of these attempts are simply diet versions of their original forms, but often times they miss the mark on taste. It’s only been in the last 4-5 years that 5-hour Energy and similar products have been on the market. These are low/no calorie drinks and are usually under 2 fluid ounces. They taste okay, but still have high acidity which you can actually taste.

Mio Liquid came out within the last few years and revolutionized the game. At first, they had a small capsule which would squirt a concentrated juice into your water and it came in a lot of different flavors.

Mio’s most recent invention is their new Mio Energy Drink. They’ve taken their great idea of a concentrated juice and made it better. Unlike many of the other energy drinks on the market, they actually have less caffeine than red bull and it costs less. You can find them in Black Cherry and Green Thunder flavors. If you like Mountain Dew, you’ll like Green Thunder.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a pick-me-up that will provide you with a little extra energy without the sugar and for less than other energy drinks, then Mio Energy would make a lot of sense for you. It’s easily transported, you can buy it anywhere, and it tastes better than any non-calorie juice I’ve tried. It’s a superior product and I recommend it to anyone that likes un-carbonated energy.

5 Reasons not to sign up for JustHookUp.com

Many people looking to meet a potential match online often scour popular websites to find men or women in their area who share common interests. Although many of these websites have proved successful, there are still many that are scams and have convinced people to sign up for costly memberships that provide nothing in return.

Justhookup.com is a popular website for people to mingle and have a fling with a stranger that they met over the Internet. Although it has increased in popularity in recent years, the website is receiving poor reviews by many of its former members due to inauthentic profiles, fake messages, and proving to be a complete fraud for those who register.

The website boasts free profiles and registration, but in this case it’s easy to say that you get what you pay for. Although the website’s interface is smart, it’s very difficult to even connect with real people on the social networking site and confirm that you’re messaging real members. Many new people who register on the site complain of receiving bogus messages from fake people who never respond. The pictures on the different profiles on the website can easily be found with photo searching software used on the Internet from women who may not even be aware that their photos are being used on the scam website.

See Which Sites Will Actually Get You Laid

Members registered on justhookup also complain of hacked profiles after upgrading to lifetime memberships. Thousands of profiles on the site are said to be BC bots with the purpose of scamming members into paying costly membership fees after signing up. Other members have complained that the developer of the website has created a program where members’ exact locations are located from the cookies, as fake profiles are then created in that location to make the members believe they are able to connect and communicate with hundreds of men or women in their area.

Other members who have agreed to pay the $50 membership fee have also found it difficult to cancel once they realize the website is illegitimate and a scam. They continue to be charged for the website with no real results. The site itself admits to fake profiles listed on the website in its Terms and Conditions, as it discusses “virtual cupids,” which are completely fictitious.

Former members have written a justhookup.com review, saying that they received tons of messages from attractive women in their area, but after finally purchasing a membership, the messages stopped completely. They didn’t even receive replies after sending out several different messages to members on the website. Members have also had problems with having their Yahoo ID being registered in a database that allows women from Ghana to access the IDs and contact the members several times a day to potentially scam them once again.

When trying to contact customer service before writing a justhookup review, they never return messages and do nothing to improve the situation or communicate to frustrated members. It seems as if the social networking website is a black hole that’s main purpose is to scam people for their money without providing anything in return.

The website also offers forums for topics to be discussed. Although registered members are allowed to communicate with each other, they are immediately kicked out of the forums if they complain about the website or say anything negative that may affect other members’ opinions of justhookup.com.

For those who have already registered the website and have linked their credit card, it’s important to contact your credit card company and report fraud so the situation is further investigated and to ensure your money is returned in full. It will also slow down the progression of the website and make it more difficult for them to scam other potential members.
